Yes.... parts of New Orleans is still like the picture above from Katrina and now we're dealing with financial hit of Gustav.
I guess we would have been better off after Katrina asking for aid as a foreign country... May be the red tape wouldn't have been as bad.
That's it!!!! We just have to declare ourselves a country... have the US invade us and rebuild.
P.S.: While 80% of the housing stock was destroyed by Katrina... the down town area is ready for business !!!
So for all of you folks who still think the city is flooded from Katrina... its not!
For further clarification the parts of the city that were flooded are now dry.
So please plan your next vaction.... Make New Orleans that location!
